As 2025 continues to unfold, multi-instrumentalist Nate Franchesco shows no signs of slowing down. Fresh off the hard rock grit of Up From The Stone, Nate takes a sharp turn into the smooth, textured world of Bossa/Lounge 67 — a track originally crafted in 2014 but brought to life with new flourishes and refined production.
The project has already featured a standout flute performance from Luis Vilca, whose tasteful, pocket-driven approach adds an understated elegance to the mix. But Nate’s quest for sonic perfection doesn’t stop there. He’s currently in talks with celebrated flutist and saxophonist Gina Sobel, whose dynamic range and improvisational flair could push the track into new, jazz-infused territory.
“Luis gave me a version that absolutely cooked in its own minimalist way,” Nate explains. “But with Gina, I’m expecting a completely different kind of fire — something that dances between restraint and bold, chromatic adventure.”
This dual-artist approach means fans could soon hear multiple interpretations of Bossa/Lounge 67, each one reflecting a unique musical personality. And with Nate’s upcoming Guest Pass project in the works — a curated collection of collaborations featuring world-class vocalists and instrumentalists — there’s no shortage of momentum.
For Nate, the excitement isn’t just about the music. His growing digital presence, including a Google Knowledge Panel and verification across multiple platforms, is proof of an artist building his brand the right way — organically, through skill and consistency.
“It’s about making the music I want to make and putting in the work every single day,” Nate says. “Everything else is just a bonus.”
